- The First Responder Plate Carrier is designed to provide hard armor protection to an officer responding to an “active shooter” call out or assisting in high-risk warrant duties. The vest securely holds a front and rear hard armor plate providing ballistic protection from rifle threats during high-risk calls. Simple to don and doff with the base size fitting most officers. The FRPC can be purchased with supplemental “in conjunction with” ballistic panels or as a “stand-alone” plate carrier for appropriately labeled rifle plates. It fits both standard and shooters cut plates.

• Fits most 10”x12” stand alone Class III or IV hard armor plates
• Optional soft armor panels allow the carrier to be used as a stand-alone vest for plates that require soft armor in conjunction with plates to meet NIJ specifications
• Adjustable shoulders for proper plate alignment
